Meeting

All of our rooms and studios are wheelchair accessible. There is ample on-street parking available in the roads around Aspire Wellbeing, and there is free WiFi access available to all guests, throughout our premises.If you require catering, this can be arranged, either through us or you can use your own caterer. Please discuss and agree details directly with our Bookings Secretary. You can still make your room booking in the meantime. If you wish us to provide tea/coffee/bottled water/biscuits for your event, please indicate how many people you need to cater for. There is a charge of £1.50 per person. In making your booking, please be mindful of the time you require to set up the room and clear away. This preparation and clearing time must be completed within your booking period. All bookings will require a security deposit of £60. This will be refunded in full, assuming the room/studio is left as it is found. All room booking activities must finish by 9.30pm, as we are located in a residential area and wish to protect our neighbours’ rights to peace and quiet.

MAIN HALL


Meeting Room

Our Main Hall is a large space located within our main building. It is an ideal venue for a wide range of parties, social gatherings and receptions. It can also be used for meetings and conferences – and you can use it as a studio too. It can accommodate up to 80 people seated or 100 people standing. It comes with a stage area, which can either be screened off or used as part of the room for your event. It also has an adjoining kitchen area, which is equipped to a commercial standard.

Facilities include an overhead projector, screen and sound system. It also comes with free WiFi internet access.

We can supply hot and cold refreshments at a cost of £1.50 per person for teas, coffees, bottled water and biscuits. We also offer a full catering service, or you are welcome to use external caterers if you prefer.

CHESTNUT ROOM


Studio

Our Chestnut Room is a new self-contained facility that is an ideal venue for up to 50 people. It can be used for meetings, conferences and training events, as well as for birthday parties, family celebrations and private receptions. It can also be used as a studio for up to 40 people. It comes with a sprung floor and mirrored wall that make it the perfect location for a wide range of classes, including dance, yoga, Zumba and keep fit. The room is fully air-conditioned and comes with its own kitchen area and accessible toilet. The facilities include a projector screen, fitted sound system, wall-mounted television and free WiFi internet access.

PARK HALL


Meeting

Park Hall is a self-contained room within our main building that can accommodate up to 30 people when used as a studio, or up to 25 people when used as a meeting room with cabaret-style seating (or up to 18 people boardroom-style). Facilities include a projector screen, sound system, wall-mounted television (which can be connected to a PC or laptop), and free WiFi internet access. The room has a sprung floor and a mirrored wall, and is an ideal location for dance, yoga, Zumba, and keep fit – as well as many other types of health and wellbeing class. It also has a small kitchen area.

GROVE ROOM


Meeting

The Grove Room is a smaller space that can accommodate up to four people. It is ideal for small meetings and training events, and is furnished with a table and chairs. You might also wish to use it as a part-time office. It is also ideal as an interview room for local companies who wish for extra privacy away from the office. The furniture can be removed and replaced with a massage table, if you wish to use the room for treatments. The Grove Room is available weekdays from 8am to 10pm, and costs £15 per hour. It also comes with free WiFi internet access.
