Aspire Wellbeing provides the base for some great local companies, which use our facilities for their classes – some take place during the working day, others in the evening. And we’re open seven days a week.
South London Fitness run classes almost every day, offering Zumba, Bodyblast and other fun and fab group fitness sessions that you can join on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Or why not give Hatha Yoga a go for £10 per session – this is the perfect way to improve core strength and flexibility, and you get to relieve all that horrible stress at the same time.
Friends Pilates cost £8 per class and offers a high octane way to build your core, improve stamina and generally make you more resistant to injury.
Slimming World hold a class on Wednesday evenings – this is a great way to lose weight without going hungry – what an appetising prospect!

South London Fitness comprises Bodyblast Workout and A1 Fitness Factory.
We provide a variety of community fitness sessions for children and adults.
All sessions are mixed ability allowing beginners to set themselves benchmarks against fitter clients.
Fitter clients are not hindered as usually those at the front set the pace.
We deliver a wide range of total body workouts incorporating cardio, weights, circuit, Pilates and abdominal sessions in a varied timetable.
No contract, no admin fees, pay-as-you-go and multisessiondiscounts.

Hatha Yoga is run by Clare Leithead. It focuses on building both physical and mental strength through use of the breath, stretching and asanas.
Clare started practicing yoga while living in Japan in 2006. Since qualifying as an instructor in 2012, Clare has been teaching Hatha Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga at Aspire Wellbeing.
Her teaching focuses on the individual by providing clear instructiondepending on body type.
The studio at Aspire provides a perfect base for yoga practice by providing natural daylight, a well-padded floor and a mirrored wall to check on alignment. This benefits both beginners and advancedstudents alike.
The classes cost £10 each or you can book five classes for £40. You can just drop in whenever you are passing by and feel the urge. Just go with the flow..!

Pilates focuses on building core strength, flexibility and coordination. It helps create a spine less prone to injury and build a strong, lean body.
The class is suitable for all levels, including beginners, with exercises demonstrated at varying levels to suit the individual needs of each person in the class.
I first qualified to teach Pilates in 2005, and have been practising it myself for about 13 years.
Classes cost £8 each or £35 for a block of five.

We are a local Slimming World group offering support to members in losing weight and improving health and wellbeing. New and prospective members are always welcome. Please contact Maria Miller if you have any queries, or just turn up.
New & prospective members should arrive by 7.25pm.
Maria Miller became a Slimming World Consultant after achieving her target weight loss of four stone.
After successfully maintaining her weight with Slimming World, she opened her first Slimming World group in Upper Norwood in April 2014. Maria took this group on from July 2014 and is delighted to be able to support people from her local community in their weight loss goals.
“After seeing some particularly dreadful holiday photographs and battling my weight for 18 years, in January 2012 I began my weight loss journey alone using calorie counting. After some success with stumbles along the way and 16 months into my journey, I joined my local Slimming World group on the recommendation of a friend. It was with some trepidation that I released my control over the calories and began Food Optimising with Slimming World. But, after my first week, I didn’t look back! As a bit of a ‘foodie’, the freedom of being able to eat such a huge variety of unlimited food was wonderful!
Within six weeks of joining I had reached my goal and for the first time in years I was at a healthy weight and feeling great! Having maintained a healthy weight for some time, I feel confident and excited in sharing the secrets of my success, and the Slimming World plan, with you!”
